5行業受惠貶值 8類人重創

人民幣兌美元匯率11日大貶，除了可能加速資金外逃外，大陸企業償還外債成本馬上增加100億美元，另外，根據東方網報導，包括股市、房市投資者、留學生等8類人，將因而損失慘重，但是紡織業等5大行業將因人民幣貶值受惠。

人民幣貶值，首先受到衝擊的是發外債的企業，根據彭博匯編的數據，在大陸人行一次性將人民幣匯率中間價大貶近1.9%之後，未償美元、歐元債券數額合計達到5290億美元的大陸公司，償債成本將會因此增加100億美元。那些需將人民幣兌換成美元或歐元用以償付海外債券利息和本金的公司，償債成本必將隨之增加。

不利海淘族留學生

另外，股市及房市也將受到影響，歷史上，人民幣與A股走勢存在高度相關，人民幣貶值或伴隨著A股的下跌。一方面貶值引發資產估值下降，導致金融、地產等相關類股走弱，拖累整體大盤；另一方面，人民幣貶值預期一旦形成，將導致熱錢流出，A股的流動性環境會迅速趨緊。

在房地產方面，人民幣持續升值的9年，也是大陸房地產價格持續上漲的9年。先是熱錢流入置產，在這個升值的過程中，擁有房地產的人們，資產迅速升值。升值的預期，又激發了更多人買房的欲望。人民幣趨貶，則形成逆向循環，對房市將是雪上加霜。

人民幣貶值對於使用外幣的族群也很不利，像留學美國的學子，同樣的人民幣，所換取的外匯比以前少很多。銀行人士透露，人民幣此輪急跌，也造成一些留學生家長的恐慌。兌換美元者比平時多了近1成。

還有從境外購買商品的海淘族，人民幣若貶值，很多海淘族會感覺「虧了」，因為他們購買的一些境外商品價格會上漲。

多頭炒家損失慘重

出境旅遊的人也是受傷害的一方，以目前波動，換1萬美元要多花人民幣約1700元。兌1萬歐元要多花人民幣約3100元，1萬英鎊要多花人民幣約3000元。出境遊的成本面臨上漲。

人民幣貶值，若有企業借錢押人民幣升值。將造成企業的帳面損失巨大。另外，離岸人民幣多頭炒家將損失慘重。

但人民幣貶值也有5大行業將受益，例如以出口導向的紡織服裝業，一帶一路的鋼材出口企業，受惠於出口的貨櫃航運，出口型的化工業都是受惠的對象。

另外，人民幣貶值將使進口汽車價格上升，對本土汽車業者有利。
